Shipping Policy

Where do we ship? CANADA & USA.

We do not deliver to PO boxes, Commercial Buildings, or US territories. Please provide a residential address as your shipping address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders require 3-5 business days to process before shipment. Any order placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, additional protocols have been put in place and may affect processing time.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered.

Please note, ESC® is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any delays once the package has exited our warehouse facilities. If you incur any issues, please reach out to our customer service team at info@escapebrand.com

What are your shipping rates?

  • Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 (CAD) before taxes.
  • Standard Shipping Rate to USA, calculated at checkout.
  • Wholesale Canadian and U.S. orders over $400 ship at a Flat or Carrier Rate depending on the location and region of the delivery.

Additional Information:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes/ Armed Forces addresses.
  • We do not offer Collection In Person from Business addresses.

Cancelled Orders

In the event that an item/items are unavailable, ESC® will notify the customer using the email address used at the time of the purchase and issue a refund to the original payment method used to complete the purchase. In the event where a "Gift Visa/Mastercard" is used, the refund will be issued back to the card used for the purchase. Kindly refer back to your merchant for the amount of the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
